You now know you can do wonders by training your mind to achieve its maximum potential.  It is amazing what the power of your mind can produce.  Think what you can do if you learn to train your mind to absorb all life has to offer.  Do you remember people telling you &#8220;you can do anything if you just put your mind to&#8221;?  Well, they are right.  If you learn how to enhance your mind you can be a powerful presence and accomplish anything your heart desires.</p>

You found the cause of your problem and now you are learning how to equip yourself with positive ways to handle it.  Pat yourself on the back and yell YAHOO!  Say a little prayer of thanks and remind yourself of the good work you have done.  Your horse is now heading off into the sunset, and pretty soon you will be comin’ round the bend headed for the home stretch!  Way to go!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have you ever dreamed you were riding off into the sunset, and poof! you wake up and your horse is going the wrong way?  That has happened to all of us at one time or another.  That feeling of positive development is just not working for you right now, and you want to know why.  Positive development in life is something that needs understanding and nurturing.  Taking care of yourself, at first, sounds easy.  “I take care of myself all day everyday” is probably what you say.  But do you really?  <a href="http://www.selfcarecommitment.com/">Self care</a><a href="http://www.selfcareblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/th_fg2.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-133" title="th_fg" src="http://www.selfcareblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/th_fg2-150x120.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="120" /></a> is learning what you like or love about yourself and what you don’t like or love about yourself.  Positive development comes when you get all that figured out.  You may not want to give up control, you may not understand codependency, you may have anger issues or any number of other problems that are holding you back.  Delve into that area that is troubling you and you will begin to think and act more positively.  You will be “getting a grip” on it!</p>
<p>Positive development gives us a feeling of self worth, it is caring and compassionate behaviors, it is confidence and it is wonderful!!!!!</p>

<p>As someone once said &#8220;time may be a great healer, but it is a lousy beautician&#8221;.   Taken at face value, this could mean it will take some time to weather this storm and you probably won&#8217;t look too pretty doing it!! But that&#8217;s okay!  Lean on those you love and with strength and patience you can overcome this.</p>
